Associate Talent Manager- Part Time/Summer Internship

We are seeking the right individual to fill the role of Associate Talent Manager as we launch our IT staffing division.. If you are high energy, organized and an excellent communicator you’ll help us fill a highly visible role that is the face of the Company to prospective candidates and be part of the team that develops placement opportunities. Initially this role is a part time position.
- Write job ads
- Place ads and measure ad performance
- Prescreen candidates
- Coordinate interview process with internal staff
- Be part of the team that determines the offer
- Onboard new candidates with orientation, legal employment documents, and benefits.
- Responsible for record keeping and filing of all appropriate materials.
- Research and administer all appropriate required HR Trainings
- Responsible for all updates to Employee Manual
- Additional Ad Hoc projects as they apply to HR
Job Requirements
- Minimum Associates degree in HR, Marketing or PR
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle candidates and business priorities at the same time
- Strong communication skills- you’re deliberate about discussing the details
- 1-2 years prior HR recruiting or HR internship experience a plus
