EMAZZANTI TECHNOLOGIES AND NEWARK BEARS AGREE TO MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIP

HOBOKEN, NJ – February 19, 2007 — eMazzanti Technologies and The Newark Bears Professional Baseball Club announce they have agreed to a multi-year sponsorship agreement. Within the agreement, eMazzanti will utilize the ballpark for customer events, inclusive of giveaway drawstring back packs at a sponsored event on Thursday, August 30 to the first 1,500 fans in attendance.

Within the agreement, eMazzanti will give away drawstring back packs to the first 1,500 fans attending the game on Thursday, August 30 against the Camden Riversharks. Gates open at 11:05 am for a 12:05 pm first pitch. In addition, eMazzanti will use the stadium to host bi-weekly events to educate customers on the latest technology.
