My IT Department:
Why So Much Harder to Manage?

used with permission from the Microsoft Small Business website
In the last 5 years PCS has evolved from an IT consultancy to an IT support organization, relying on our people, processes, and controls to achieve our performance objectives. Video Underscores
East Coast IT Partner Alliance
Hoboken, New Jersey - December 29, 2010 – Sometimes “growing the pie” trumps competing with one another. Such is the case with two award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner and IT support experts in the NYC and DC areas as they rollout joint service support for customers along the northeast US business corridor. A new video by eMazzanti Technologies featuring Steve Hall, president, District Computers, Washington DC, underscores the benefits of the new partner alliance.
“The alliance between eMazzanti and District Computers definitely grows the ‘pie’ or market area we can both service,” said Carl Mazzanti, chief operating officer, eMazzanti Technologies.“We are jointly tackling new and bigger business opportunities than we would have had the resources to go after independently. It absolutely makes great business sense.”Read More Stephen Hall speaks about

Toy Magazine Improves Productivity and CollaborationLike many traditional publishing companies, aNb Media needed to break out of a business model built around ink-and-paper periodicals, and join the online media world of Web events, real-time reporting and blog postings. However, the company’s business is toys, not technology — which is why they turned to eMazzanti Technologies, a local IT services and consulting firm and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. A complete technology makeover centered around Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows 7 streamlined operations, made the entire staff more productive and freed an additional 20 hours a week — the equivalent of an extra half-time employee.CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO
