Inside Sales Representative

We have a culture that promotes unlimited learning, entrepreneurship and opportunity. As an inside sales representative, you’ll be pivotal in executing the growth strategy of the Company. You’ll contact IT Managers, CFO’s and CEO’s of small and medium sized blue chip clients and assist in uncovering the technological challenges these organizations face and offer up how eMazzanti’s products and services can help.  When appropriate, you’ll schedule face to face meetings with the sales team to do deeper discoveries into the clients environments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment
  • Technical Aptitude- Either you are in love with technology or you have the desire to learn how technology impacts business and have the aptitude to understand its impact
  • Phenomenal phone skills with the ability to convey enthusiasm and energy via phone.
  • Prior outbound Business to Business calling experience (Appointment setting experience a plus or
  • Prior outbound Fundraising calling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • 2 or more years of continuous employment history

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing calls (100+ per day) to prospects from supplied contacts
  • Explanation of our value proposition
  • Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed.
  • Schedule 2-5 qualified appointments per week
  • Work with marketing to develop customer touches to enhance to connect rate with prospects
  • Self motivated and achievement oriented.

 

Required Skills:

To qualify for this opportunity you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience with at least 1 year inside sales/ telemarketing experience or recent graduate from a professional sales program. Solid work history is a must.
  • High school diploma required. Minimum Associates degree in Business or Technology
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with outbound sales practices and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of prospecting and lead generation, customer needs analysis, listening, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills of new business sales.
  • Is comfortable talking to anyone!
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to capitalize on peak selling hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
