M5 Partner and Client Spotlight: Saturn Wireless | M5 Networks September Newsletter

The Challenge:

Based in New Jersey, Saturn Wireless is a one-stop shop for companies seeking wireless data devices and applications. When the company’s President and Owner, Manika Sood, decided to move corporate headquarters to a new location, she wanted to replace her existing premises-based PBX with an outsourced VoIP solution in order to enhance communications for traveling sales representatives and to cut down on the amount of time employees spent managing complicated PBX equipment. Prior to moving, Sood spent weeks interviewing hosted IP phone system providers. However, she found that most of them were unprofessional and seemed incapable of fulfilling their promises. Two weeks before the scheduled move, Saturn Wireless had a brand new office waiting but no phone system in place. Facing a serious time crunch, Sood was ready to give up on a hosted solution and settle on another in-house PBX.

When I heard Saturn Wireless needed a new phone system, I immediately knew M5 was the right solution,” Our ability to seamlessly work together to integrate a client’s network and telecommunications systems makes our relationship with M5 invaluable. Their solutions and services are consistent and provide the reliability our small business clients need to bolster growth and compete in the marketplace.”

The Solution:

Sood began to work with computer network solutions consultant, eMazzanti Technologies, who introduced her to M5, and she was immediately impressed by M5’s responsiveness and professionalism—a stark contrast to the other hosted providers she had encountered. After signing up for M5’s services, Sood worked with an experienced project manager to scope out her company’s telecommunications needs, while eMazzanti optimized their network to accommodate the new technology. Working together, M5 and eMazzanti had the new phone system up and running within one week—just in time for Saturn Wireless’s move into their new office.

The Results:

Like every M5 client, Saturn Wireless receives a robust phone system solution comparable to any high-end system on the market and tailored to its unique needs. In addition, M5’s professional support and project management staff is always available to answer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently so that employees at Saturn Wireless maximize the benefits of their phone system. Traveling sales representatives appreciate that they can work off-site and provide customers with one phone number where they can always be reached. As an added bonus, employees report that the Cisco IP phones “look cool” which helps the organization present a highly polished, technology-oriented and professional image whenever clients and/or prospects visit the new office.
