Microsoft Appoints eMazzanti to SMB Partner Area Lead for New York City and New Jersey Areas

IT consultant one of 5 influential U.S. Microsoft SMB Partners to serve on Microsoft advisory board as SMB advocate

Hoboken, New Jersey - (Vocus) February 3, 2015 – eMazzanti Technologies, a New York City area IT expert and computer consultant has been selected by Microsoft to be the SMB Partner Area Lead for the New York City and New Jersey market areas, one of five companies so designated in the United States. The Partner Area Leads (PALs) are chosen from thousands of Microsoft partners throughout the world focused on the SMB market.

This appointment comes to eMazzanti in recognition of eMazzanti’s successful community engagement and considerable expertise in Microsoft cloud and mobile technologies, small and medium business (SMB) market opportunities, and the Microsoft SMB Partner ecosystem.

“The Microsoft Partner Network is thrilled to engage talented and influential partners like Carl Mazzanti through the SMB Partner Area Leads program,” stated Sarah Greenwalt, Partner Channel Marketing Manager, Microsoft. “By providing real-world insights to Microsoft and connecting with other partners in their communities, SMB PALs are valuable collaborators as we move our business to the cloud.”

Partner Area Leads are SMB advocates, a global partner advisory board that compiles information relevant to the unmanaged Microsoft SMB partner community. PALs share details regarding changes and updates that affect partners in their areas.

They are influential Microsoft partners able to share information to the SMB community at large, as well as provide feedback to Microsoft regarding the needs and priorities of SMB partners worldwide. PALs donate their time to support small and medium businesses in their region, driven by their passion for the community.

PALs receive the latest information from Microsoft as soon as information is released to customers via calls, share SMB community engagement best practices, provide feedback to Microsoft, participate in 1:1 Microsoft meetings and proactively share information with their local SMB partners and gather feedback.

Benefits for eMazzanti Customers

SMB PALs enjoy a strengthened relationship with Microsoft, putting them in an excellent position to represent the needs of their customers. Through their PAL participation they gain early insight into new products and programs. Through area-wide monthly conference calls partners share knowledge and customer issues.

This means that eMazzanti can give customers a heads-up on the latest Microsoft technology before it is generally available to customers. Testing and deploying the latest software helps technicians better service their customers with advance knowledge of potential problems.

In their Microsoft advisory role, eMazzanti has influence on product and program development. Customers benefit by having their needs represented through insider access. This direct access communicates product ideas and requests to higher levels.

As an SMB PAL, eMazzanti Technologies gets priority support for difficult technical issues. This inside problem solving access particularly benefits customers who are technology early adopters and speeds problem resolution.
