2006: Unanimous All-Ivy First Team selection and became the University of Pennsylvania’s all-time career leader in shutouts (23). Was also NSCAA All-Northeast Region Third Team selection. Had a 0.76 goals against average.
2005: Played every minute of Penn’s season and had a 9-6-1 record. Posted eight shutouts.
2004: Started all 17 games and posted a 1.25 GAA with six shutouts.
2003: Started in three matches for the Quakers.
High School/Club
In high school, Cepero was a member of Baldwin High School’s back-to-back soccer conference championship teams (2001, 2002).
Personal
Son of Ana and Robert Cepero. Majored in history. Has an older sister, Veronica. Enjoys playing video games, listening to music, playing basketball and reading. His favorite movies include Wayne’s World, Tommy Boy, Black Sheep and Good Will Hunting. Watches Dexter, Sleeper Cell and Lost on television. Listens to bands including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Fall Out Boy and U2. He can play the saxophone and he is a big New York Yankees fan. His favorite athlete is Michael Jordan.

2007: Started 11 of 12 games, logging 1018 minutes in his second stint with the club. Was signed as a free agent from the Columbus Crew in July. Played a full 90 in 10 of those 11 starts.
2006: Started 18 games in his second term with the Columbus Crew after three seasons with the MetroStars.
2005: Started in 26 games during his third season with the MetroStars.
2004: Started in a career-high 29 games for the MetroStars. He was named the 2004 MetroStars Iron Man for logging the most minutes on the team.
2003: After one season with the Columbus Crew he started in 10 games for the MetroStars. He was acquired by the MetroStars via a trade for Ross Paule.
2002: He was drafted win the fourth round (47th overall) of the 2002 MLS SuperDraft.
Collegiate/Club
He set the University of North Carolina school records for career games played (88) and starts (87) during his four-year college career. He was selected to the All-ACC Team in 2001 as a senior. In 2001, he helped anchor a defense that led North Carolina to its first ever NCAA National Championship for Men’s Soccer.
Personal
Leitch is the son of Tom and Anita Leitch. While at North Carolina he majored in communications. In 1997, he was selected as Ohio’s Player of the Year for soccer. Favorite TV shows include Planet Earth, Man vs. Wild, Jeopardy and anything on the History Channel.
