Carl Mazzanti Receives NJ Digi-Tech Innovators Award from NJBIZ

Hoboken, New Jersey — (Cision) May 14, 2019 – eMazzanti Technologies, a NYC area managed services provider (MSP), IT consultant, and cloud services company, is proud to announce that President and Co-founder, Carl Mazzanti, has been honored with the NJ Digi-Tech Innovators Award, presented by NJBIZ.

The NJ Digi-Tech Innovators Award showcases talented individuals who introduced significant innovations in the technology and digital space. Those innovations must have contributed significantly to the productivity and performance of their organizations.

“We need to innovate so that we can outline and define for our customers how they can drive revenue, increase productivity or reduce costs using technology to solve their business problems,” stated Mazzanti. “In the world of technology, whatever you did yesterday, you can no longer do. Otherwise, you offer declining value as it becomes commoditized to the customer base.”

NJBIZ hosted a breakfast ceremony to recognize and honor the distinguished leaders who are driving New Jersey’s growth. The event transpired on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 at The DoubleTree by Hilton in Somerset, New Jersey.

Innovation Builds Technology Showcase

Mazzanti was recognized for his decision and ongoing leadership to employ in his own business all the same tools that he recommends to B2B customers. Those technologies include Microsoft Teams for collaboration, the latest Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 and The Microsoft Cloud/Azure.

Not only did the move improve customer service, but eMazzanti’s staff benefited from improvements in productivity and experience with those technologies. Consequently, eMazzanti’s facility is a showcase of the best of what the company has deployed for its customers.

To spot opportunities for innovation, Mazzanti says that his staff looks for common problems across the customer base. They look for themes and then ty to solve them. Thus, if there’s a common problem, there’s always a burgeoning technology to address it. The company adopts it, puts it in front of the customer base and becomes the expert on the technology.

Tech Innovator Generates Growth

As a tech innovator, Mazzanti says that his policy has contributed to 18 years of continuous growth. That growth happened without the requirement for numerous additional employees. According to Mazzanti, there’s a definite bottom-line impact. For example, eMazzanti Technologies hasn’t changed its service rates in 18 years. Effective technology innovation made that remarkable track record possible.

Notably, eMazzanti Technologies was recently ranked as the #1 NYC Managed Services Provider by Clutch, a Washington, D.C. based ratings and review platform. With industry-leading innovation and stable rates, eMazzanti’s customers have no reason to look for another managed services provider.

Business leaders interested in learning more about eMazzanti’s award-winning retail IT services, manufacturing and distribution managed services, and government IT infrastructure solutions can find additional information on the eMazzanti Technologies website.
