Operations Manager
This position is responsible for the development and execution of all operations policies for eMazzanti Technologies. eMazzanti is a hands on, roll up your sleeves- type of organization that focuses heavily on getting things done. We value execution as much as strategy and measure our success by satisfied customers and delivering on our commitments.
This opportunity is for a “can do” person, who is great at prioritizing and communicating at all levels within the organization. It is a direct report to the President.
The right individual should be confident, motivated and persistent along being able to effectively communicate the purpose of the organization to all internal and external stake holders. They must be able to follow the directions of upper management and possess strong leadership and organization skills themselves. This person should have solid Microsoft Office skills along with the desire to learn new applications and methodologies.
Job Description and Requirements
• Responsible for service delivery/invoicing of all customers.
• Manage and Coordinate Engineer Training and Test Schedule
• Negotiate vendor incentives and communicate all vendor marketing programs to management and staff where appropriate
• Manage all vendor relationships
• Responsible for the marketing calendar and updates to marketing spreadsheet.
• Responsible for all office related infrastructure issues.
• Manage new employee onboarding
• Coordinate facilities for vendor and customer events
• Manage promotional item purchases and budgets
• Work with internal marketing and outside vendors to establish budgets for events
• Look for opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Coordinate customer deliveries of service parts or hardware where appropriate
• Handle ad hoc unforeseen requests for additional administrative and or marketing support.
• Coordinate and facilitate company move when appropriate.
• Handle all operational issues related to the facility where eMazzanti resides.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Minimum 3- 5 years prior operations experience
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling process.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of consistent organizational skills
• Attention to detail in handling and tracking issues.
• Preferred knowledge of CRM or Service Delivery Ticketing systems
