eMazzanti Technologies Ranked Among World’s Best 101 SMB Managed Service Providers

Hoboken, New Jersey company ranks 38th worldwide in Annual SMB Managed Service Providers Hot 101 list that identifies best-in-class smaller global MSP businesses

July 31, 2020 – eMazzanti Technologies, a NYC area IT services company has been named as one of the world’s best SMB managed service providers on the new annual Channel Futures SMB Hot 101 rankings for 2020.

Applicants completed an exhaustive survey and application this spring to self-report product offerings, annual total and recurring revenues, profits, revenue mix, growth opportunities and company and customer demographic information. Channel Futures ranked winners on a unique methodology that weights revenue figures according to long-term health and viability; commitment to recurring revenue; and operational efficiency.

Channel Futures named eMazzanti Technologies to the 2020 SMB Hot 101. eMazzanti ranks 38th on the prestigious list.

“With the pandemic, Technology has become even more critical for small and mid-size businesses,” said Jennifer Mazzanti, CEO, eMazzanti Technologies. “Born in a crisis, eMazzanti’s mission is to help them survive and prosper.”

SMB Managed Service Providers List

In the 13 years since its inception, the MSP 501 has evolved from a competitive ranking list into a vibrant group of service providers, vendors, distributors, consultants and industry analysts working together to define the growing managed service opportunity.

“We here at Channel Partners and Channel Futures believe that entrepreneurship is the backbone to the American economy, and that the SMB is the lifeblood of the IT channel,” says Kris Blackmon, Senior Content Director at Channel Partners and Channel Futures. “We have worked for over a year to create a program that recognizes those small-but-mighty MSPs that keep our industry strong, healthy and growing, and I am thrilled at the quality of the partner businesses reflected in this inaugural list.”

IT Services to Meet Todays Challenges

To meet the evolving technology needs of customers nationwide and internationally, during the pandemic, eMazzanti provides comprehensive new normal IT security services, managed IT services, remote worker services, and an array of cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Teams.

Though considered an SMB (small and mid-size businesses), eMazzanti offers enterprise-class 24/7 IT support to customers through a diverse and distributed international team. Customers enjoy the best of both worlds, a company large enough to offer round-the-clock support and the latest technology, yet small enough to know them personally.
