Using Technology to Drive Revenue, Increase Productivity and Reduce Costs

In the world of technology, whatever you did yesterday, you can no longer do. This creates an endless cycle of challenges and adaptations for many businesses. eMazzanti Technologies not only helps to ease that cycle, but also shows businesses how to use technology for increasing and expediting growth. The Hoboken-based company is rooted in innovation so they can outline to customers how to drive revenue, increase productivity, or reduce costs using technology to solve their business problems.

eMazzanti’s team of trained, certified IT experts rapidly deliver revenue growth, data security and productivity for clients ranging from law firms to local governments, manufacturers and high-end global retailers and more. They expertly provide cybersecurity solutions coupled with threat protection, digital marketing services, cloud and mobile solutions, multi-site implementations, 24/7 network management and remote monitoring and support.

eMazzanti uses all the same tools that it recommends to its B2B customers, to deliver reliable solutions coupled with support. The result is 18 years of continuous growth from a longstanding list of customers large and small.

Rapid technology innovation impacts all of eMazzanti’s customers, enabling them to outperform the competition. To help them innovate, eMazzanti looks for common problems across its customer base and solves them. Earlier this year, eMazzanti launched Messaging Architects. The strategic move adds enterprise-grade information governance, email migration, eDiscovery and compliance solutions and support to its services. The Messaging Architects team adds significant strength to eMazzanti’s existing information governance capabilities. Customers can expect world-class email migrations, eDiscovery, security and compliance solutions, project management
and support from an enterprise-proven team.

“Our most notable accomplishment is the success of our customers,” says Co-founder Jennifer Mazzanti. “Being obsessed with their survival helped us to get off the ground and continue to grow by double digits every year since 2001.”

eMazzanti was founded in August of 2001 by Carl Mazzanti and Jennifer Shine, now Jennifer Mazzanti, just weeks before the tragic events of 9/11. “Being in the World Trade Center on 9-11 shortly after I started my business was a monumental challenge that made us strong enough to survive anything,” says Mazzanti. “It forged a security-first mindset that has made our business successful through ups and downs, the great recession, Hurricane Sandy and other disasters. After 9/11, we had to adapt our service to focus on business security (cyber-security and business continuity) rather than generic IT services.”

This service-minded business receives recognition from notable organizations like Microsoft for its Blue Project, a corporate effort to raise awareness and support for ocean conservation, animal protection and marine research. The firm commits financial resources to ocean
cleanup and marine conservation.

Looking ahead, eMazzanti will continue to evolve its relationships with its customers by helping them achieve high impact results through the use of technology. Organizations of all sizes, can take advantage of eMazzanti’s proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies for business growth.
