Wireless Data Solutions Provider Rings Up M5 and eMazzanti for Hosted VoIP Solution

New York – M5 Networks, one of the country’s leading outsourced IP phone system providers, today announced that Saturn Wireless, a New Jersey-based company that provides solutions for companies seeking wireless data devices and applications, replaced its premises-based PBX with M5’s outsourced solution after moving to a new office. Saturn Wireless sought an outsourced VoIP solution to enhance communications for traveling sales representatives and to cut down on the amount of time employees spent managing complicated PBX equipment.

Prior to moving, Manika Sood, president and owner of Saturn Wireless, spent weeks interviewing hosted IP phone system providers. However, she found that most of them were unprofessional and seemed incapable of fulfilling their promises. Two weeks before the scheduled move, Saturn Wireless had a brand new office waiting but no phone system in place. Facing a serious time crunch, Sood almost gave up on a hosted solution, until she was introduced to M5 by her new computer network solutions consultant, eMazzanti Technologies.

Our ability to seamlessly work together to integrate a client’s network and telecommunications systems makes our relationship with M5 invaluable.

“Talking to all of those other hosted VoIP providers was almost like watching a three-ring circus,” said Sood. “They just couldn’t get their acts together. There are so many firms out there making unrealistic promises that it’s hard to know who to trust. In contrast, M5 was knowledgeable and professional and gave us a fair and accurate picture of what they could and could not deliver. The result was that we received a reliable phone system solution that allows our sales reps to be reached virtually anywhere and that doesn’t require any physical effort on my part to maintain.”

“When I heard Saturn Wireless needed a new phone system, I immediately knew M5 was the right solution,” said Carl Mazzanti, president of eMazzanti Technologies. “Our ability to seamlessly work together to integrate a client’s network and telecommunications systems makes our relationship with M5 invaluable. Their solutions and services are consistent and provide the reliability our small business clients need to bolster growth and compete in the marketplace.”

Like every M5 client, Saturn Wireless receives a robust phone system solution comparable to any high-end system on the market and tailored to its unique needs. In addition, M5’s professional support and project management staff is always available to answer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently so that employees at Saturn Wireless maximize the benefits of their phone system.

“M5 is not just interested in selling our clients a phone system,” said Dan Hoffman, president and CEO of M5 Networks. “We also want to be a telecom solutions provider that they can trust by eliminating the hidden charges, low service levels, and finger-pointing between multiple vendors typically associated with the industry. Saturn Wireless is a great example, among many, of an organization that recognized and now benefits from the difference between M5’s business model and philosophy and that of other hosted providers.”
